While it has been a pretty busy week for Android, it has, unfortunately, been a slow week for Android rumors. Maybe we should chalk it up to the holiday season or maybe there is a leaker’s convention inLas Vegas which is keeping everyone from reporting. Will Virgin Mobile get the EVO 3D? According to a rumor, the EVO V 4G will be Virgin Mobiles version of the EVO 3D. A release dates has not been announced. [via Pocket Now]
Is Samsung testing the Galaxy S III Android smartphone inKorea? This is the latest rumor in the Galaxy S III saga which has been ongoing for the last several weeks. I think most Galaxy S fans will agree – all this hype could ruin their experience, if the smartphone does not live up to current expectations. [via Phandroid]
ATT may be getting a new Android device called the Galaxy Pocket. The Pocket is believed to have the following specs: an 800 MHz processor; 2 MP camera; and Android 2.3. We’ll have to wait and see if this device makes it to ATT. [via Android Guys]
News on Sprint’s version of the Galaxy Nexus was leaked this week – via Sprint training slides. The rumors of a Nexus on steroids, ala Nexus Plus, were dispelled as false. The specs for the device were also leaked and they matched current the Galaxy Nexus specs. [via Phandroid]
