AndroidActivist - By And For The Community!

Derek grew up in the small town of Palmview, TX but currently resides in San Antonio, TX for school and work. He attend the University of Texas at San Antonio where he is receiving a Major is Accounting and a Minor in Information Systems . Derek has been an Android fanatic since the beginning but has been involved with the Android Community for about a year. He has had many Android devices which include T-Mobile G1 (1st device), MyTouch 3G, Google Nexus One, T-Mobile G2, Samsung Galaxy Tab.and currently owns a Google Nexus S, Motorola Xoom, HTC HD2 (Running Android), Google CR-48. Derek started my own Android project as Co-Founder of Andranon.com but have then decided to join Android Activist to continue covering Android News & Applications. He is always in the mood to talk tech, android, and sports so hit him up.

Three things to know about Derek:

1. He has been a loyal T-Mobile customer for about 10 years (recent news really caught him by surprise)

3. He used to own an i*hone (before Android came out)
